1.Reboot To TWRP
2.Wipe Data,Cache,ART Dalvik
3.Install Zip And Choose MIUI8.zip     Download From Above Link And Flash It)
4.Wait Till Flashing Is Complete
5.After Flashing Completed Select Wipe Dalvik Cache Then Reboot

6.Voila Your Device Is Running On MIUI 8

 NOTE :- FIRST BOOT CAN TAKE LONG TIME SO KEEP PATIENCE ( Approx . 15-20 Minutes Or More )

    Opne settings>sim cards & mobile networks> jio 4g> access point names.
    Set new apn
    Name: internet
    Apn: jionet
    And save this setting and all done

    Don't Ask About VoLTE Our Device (Xolo Era 4K) doesn't support VoLTE So Ask Xolo Manufacturer For VoLTE Not Me...😠😠😠
